Common questions
Why pay when the AI advisor is free?
Because they answer different questions. The advisor narrows 42 destinations down to the ones that fit — a selection problem, and it solves that well. The travel plan answers execution questions: which of three routings saves a whole day of travel? Does the transfer still run after 4pm? Is combining two islands worth it on ten nights? That takes research against current schedules and transfer times, not just catalogue knowledge.
Do you book the trip for me?
No. We are not a tour operator and sell no travel services. You get a plan and book it yourself — with an operator of your choice or directly. That is exactly why we can also advise you against things an operator would earn money on.
What if the plan does not help me?
Then you get your money back. Tell us within 14 days of delivery what did not work. We do not need a justification that convinces us — your judgement is enough.
How is my data handled?
We need your name, email and travel criteria to prepare the plan. Payment runs through Stripe; we never see full payment details. Details are in the privacy policy.
